Who receives it and in what setting. A ministerial delegation and 2,000 conference delegates are different problems with different answers.

A physical sample produced and approved before any volume run. Screens and renders do not settle material questions.

The standard
Twelve years of knowing what gets thrown away
Experience in this field is mostly a catalogue of mistakes: finishes that scratch in the box, packaging that fails in transit, engraving that is unreadable in the second language, quantities ordered against an attendance figure nobody verified. We have made those mistakes already.

Frequently asked
It depends on the piece. Simple branded items start in the low hundreds; bespoke pieces with custom tooling or packaging need larger runs to be worth producing. Tell us the quantity and the occasion and we will say honestly whether a bespoke piece makes sense or a refined stock item serves you better.
Four to eight weeks for most bespoke pieces, including sampling and approval. Rush timelines are sometimes possible but narrow the material options. Packaging is often the long pole, not the gift.
Either. Most clients come with an occasion and a brand, and we design the piece and its packaging from there. If you have an existing design, we produce to it.
Yes. Individual names, titles and bilingual engraving are possible, and so is tiered gifting where delegates, speakers and VIPs receive different pieces from one visual family.
Either, and we schedule to the event timeline. For conferences we typically deliver pre-sorted by recipient tier so the distribution on the day needs no sorting.
Usefulness and restraint. A piece someone uses on a desk outlives a piece that only announces a logo. We design for the second life of the object, not for the moment it is handed over.
