Services & permits

Everything an event needs, under one contract

Six services that cover an exhibition or conference from the regulatory file to the last guest leaving — delivered by one team, on one plan, with one party answerable for the result.

What we deliver

The six services

01 – 06
01 / 06

Integrated Exhibition & Conference Management

We take an exhibition or conference from objective to closing report as a single mandate: venue strategy, floor planning, contractor management, registration and accreditation, run-of-show, and on-site command on the day.

  • ▪Operational capacity beyond 3,000 visitors
  • ▪Floor areas beyond 3,000 square metres
  • ▪Single run-of-show across every supplier
  • ▪Registration, accreditation and crowd flow
02 / 06

Official Permits & Licensing

We prepare the full regulatory file and carry it through to an issued permit, so your date is not held hostage by paperwork. Available inside a full package or as a standalone service.

  • ▪General Entertainment Authority (GEA) permits
  • ▪Saudi Conventions & Exhibitions General Authority (SCEC) permits
  • ▪Civil Defence safety approvals
  • ▪Municipality and venue approvals

Stand & Booth Design and Build

Exhibition stands, pavilions and stages designed on architectural restraint. Simplicity and elegance that avoid visual clutter, so the brand reads from across the hall rather than competing with its own stand.

  • ▪Concept design, 3D visuals and technical drawings
  • ▪Joinery, printing, flooring and rigging
  • ▪Build, supervision and dismantling
  • ▪Reusable modular systems for recurring events

Technical & Logistical Production

The systems that decide whether the room works: sound, light, screens and the paths people take through the space. Specified from the audience backwards, not from a rental catalogue forwards.

  • ▪Line-array sound and conference audio
  • ▪Architectural and stage lighting design
  • ▪LED screens, switching and live content
  • ▪Movement-path planning and signage
05 / 06

AWJ Hospitality

Corporate hospitality that blends authentic Saudi hosting with hotel-grade professionalism — plus crowd management and protocol for senior guests, planned in advance rather than improvised at the door.

  • ▪Saudi coffee service and full catering management
  • ▪Ushers, hosts and bilingual floor staff
  • ▪VIP protocol, seating and arrival sequencing
  • ▪Crowd management and queue design

Stories Gifting

More than 12 years designing and producing corporate gifts and giveaways with a bespoke identity — the object a guest keeps on a desk long after the event is finished.

  • ▪Bespoke design and identity per client
  • ▪Luxury materials, packaging and finishing
  • ▪Bulk production with quality control
  • ▪Delivery scheduled to the event timeline

Why one contract

Events fail in the seams

When design, build, technical production, hospitality and licensing sit with five different companies, every handover is a place for the schedule to slip and for responsibility to disappear. AWJ holds all five, so there is nothing to hand over and no one to blame.

One plan

A single run-of-show that every supplier works from, instead of five separate schedules that only meet on the day.

One point of accountability

When something needs a decision at 6 a.m. on build day, there is one number to call and one party who owns the outcome.

Permits inside the plan

Licensing is scheduled alongside production rather than discovered late, which is where most event dates are actually lost.
